These are NAMESAKE pants.
I bought them brand new in November 2023 at a select shop (082) in Shinsaibashi, Osaka. They cost ¥52,000.
The size is XS, but it's closer to a Japanese M-L.
I'm 174cm tall and of average build, and the fit is exactly the same as the model in the photos.
I think XS would be a good fit for someone who is 170-180cm tall.
