Vintage 90s Polo jeans company by Ralph Lauren with American flag embroidered. Size small but runs VERY small. I'd say XXS, I added measurements. Ot it could be a child's but I couldn't find any confirmation on the tag. Very unique shirt, don't see many of these anymore! Good condition, very light fading and wear but no major issues.
