Note: the stitched shibori process involves stitching the fabric and tightening the stitches before dyeing, then removing the thread after dyeing. This leaves behind small holes in the fabric from the needle and thread. These holes are not flaws, rather a natural result of the hand dyeing process.

Hand dyed by me using artist grade acid reactive dyes. These are quality, lightfast dyes that bond to the fabric for lasting color. Some fading is normal with wash and wear as with any natural fiber clothing so hand washing with a gentle laundry soap is recommended.

A Little about me — I’m a fiber artist with over a decade of experience in textile dyeing. I’m closing up shop and moving my leftover stock over here.
