This is an original folding umbrella made by Maehaara Koei Shoten, a renowned umbrella maker representing Japan.
The umbrella body uses an 8-spoke structure for superior strength, and the fabric is the same nylon twill fabric used in the TANKER series. From fabric cutting and sewing to the frame, skilled umbrella craftsmen have meticulously crafted each umbrella.
While used infrequently, there are slight scratches and fraying on the string. Please refer to the photos for details.
An original umbrella bag made by Yoshida Kaban using the same fabric as the umbrella is included.
