These are the most interesting pants I've found If I had to date them I'd probably place them in the 80's based on the narrow waist,wider hips,pleats, and rise

Waist 26 ( 13 across),Rise 13 , Inseam 31 give or take.
Selvage cuff stitching needs to be replaced (see photos)
Has right at 2 inches of hem that could be let out for additional length
