Lovely large old cameo. Someone carefully added a bale at some point so that it could be worn as a pendant. It is unmarked, but looks like real gold. The metal shows no signs of tarnish or discoloration except where the bale was added. The pin is also gold with no signs of discoloration that I can see, but please examine the photos for yourself.
