This is an extremely rare style from the Free People collaboration with designer Brenda Knight of Nigel Preston. And it's new with tags! It is in perfect condition, but there is some faint discoloration on the ribbon tie as seen in the last photo. It is really not noticeable at all due to the slight sheen of the ribbon but wanted to honestly disclose anyway.
