Unique three-quarter sleeve cropped blouse with a metallic brocade red orange paisley print plus purple velvet and lace details by Hanky Panky from the 1990s.
Has a faux corset look but without any restrictive boning. Eggplant purple lace on the bodice adds to the regency era vibe. Velvet trim.
