Gently pre-owned, 80s vintage, condition. No rips, tears or holes. There are a few very minor dirty spots but all that I have been able to spot have wiped completely clean so far. The paint on a few of the buttons is slightly worn off as well. This is a very rare jacket as This hotel & casino was only in operation for a few years in the very early 1980s.
