this is antique Haviland and Company 16 inch oval platter. Made in Limoge France circa 1889 to 1931. This platter’s pattern (Schleiger 39C) features delicate pink roses with green leaves and applied gold laurel wreaths on each side. This white porcelain platter has a scalloped edge with a raised design along the edges which is a star blank (Schleiger 5)
