Likely dating to around the turn of the century all of this amazing work is hand tooled, pressed or hammered by a very talented unnamed artist. The most amazing design elements are the six beautiful birds that encircle him.
It has a good weight to it. There are spots of naturally occuring areas of surface oxidation and tarnish. Measures just short of 11 diameter and there is a small piece of hardware soldered on for it to be hung on the wall with. I have left the piece as found and have not cleaned it, so that you, the buyer, may clean it to your own preference.
