For sale is a very special 7X5 card with a small piece of wood from two Pearl Harbor ships, the USS Maryland and USS California attached. The pieces are in a half-inch by half-inch squares on the card. The Maryland was hit by two bombs during Pearl Harbor and flooded but did not sink. By February 26, 1942, she had been repaired, upgraded, and became the first battleship at Pearl Harbor sent back to the war. She received seven battle stars during WWII. In 1947, she was decommissioned and scrapped in 1959. The California was hit three times and sunk during the battle. She was raised and repaired and on October 10, 1942, California rejoined the war. She also received seven battle stars, was decommissioned in 1947 and scrapped in 1959. Both pieces are from the ship's decks. This includes a COA. This is a great item for any navy, history, or WWII enthusiast! I have been collecting artifacts for over 20 years. Grab a small piece of history now! Both pieces are hard to come by.
