This is a BEAUTIFUL VINTAGE/antique porcelain sage green hand painted with moriage (raised slip) decoration set.
• Style: Ornate, delicate. They are in excellent condition. No issues at all. (except for the fact that there is only five saucers and that made me very sad because these are beautiful )They are believed to have been produced in occupied Japan 1945 to 1952 (post World War II era). Demitasse size, smaller than standard teacups. they are numbered with a pattern number and it is 6326.
The cups are approximately 2 inches across in an 1 1/2” high. The saucers are 3 3/4” across. cup and saucer, both featuring intricate and colorful designs that are sure to impress.
These sets are considered collectible and reflect the artistry of Japanese craftsmanship during the post-World War I| era.
