Up for sale is a vintage bowl which I believe to be a salad plate. It has a very pretty printed on picture of people dancing by a cottage. It is beautiful blue with floral design decoration. On the underside it has the words “Avon Cottage, Warranted Under Glaze Print”
“Thos Hughes & Sons Ltd., Longport Staffordshire England”. It also has the Unicorn inside of a shield trademark. It is a pre-owned item and is in good condition. I see no real issues, the underside does have some rough areas that are discolored, and also some crackling on the underglaze.
