Sanyo Cassette Recorder, model: M2212R., vintage. Power supply is via a DC 6V power cord or 4 size “C” batteries. Please note that the unit is for sale for parts or repair only. The recorder powers on, the buttons work; however, the wheels either don’t spin at all or they spin slowly. The sound that plays when the wheels do spin is high-pitched, sped up, and indecipherable - like tapes used to sound when being rewound/fast-forwarded. A person skilled in repairing such electronics could probably do so. Please see pictures for close-up views of some of the device’s parts.
