1.This GameSir VX AimSwitch don't support Headset / VC function. if you are interested in this function, please try to connect the headset to PS3, PS4, Xbox one and Switch console, we recommend this way.

2. When you open the box and connect the keypad successfully, please update the firmware to the latest version from GameSir website before use: gamesir.hk→SUPPOR→Tutorials & Manuals→gamesir vx tutorial. We suggest you use the Default Configuration in G-Crux app, thus you will get more fluent gaming experience.
