This is our original Vivint panel before we “upgraded” to the new one. I love this one it was so much better because you only have to touch the button once and the panel comes on. Surprisingly the quality is the same as the new one and it was a better match for my kitchen. I would definitely suggest this panel above the new one had I known what I was letting go of when we “upgraded”. I tried to get them to switch back to the old one but they wanted to charge too much to send a technician and wouldn’t refund the old box.
