Bought on another site a few years ago. The guy didn't say that the cartridge was jammed. Took the entire thing apart and got the cartridge out. I dont know if that fixed it because i dont have it hooked to any power. So i left the cartridge out and selling it for less than what i paid originally. Also, I am unsure of the year, but it looks like it comes with all the parts you need; cables, remote, manual, mounting parts, and screws.
