I have worn these Vince. slip-on shoes for a couple years now and have been taking care of them as well (leather conditioner, cleaning white soles). They're pretty well worn so you won't have to break them in. There's a little glue on the inside because I used shoe inserts in them, I tried my best to clean as much as I can, but you can remove it with a glue remover product as well.
Just FYI, these shoes are more on the narrower fit.
