We plugged it in and got to the account screen. Someone’s profile and info is on it. We never made the time to completely reset the unit.

Disclaimer: I profess to know nothing about game systems and this unit in particular. I do not know the responsiveness of the wired remote other than it works. I am assuming the replacement batteries to the wireless remote will charge, but I do not know how long they will even hold a charge due to age. It is up to the buyer to reset this unit to factory settings and do any updates as needed to get it 100% functional.
I’m simply selling it for my daughter college education fund.
