What is homebrew? It is the ability to play backed up games/ downloadable games via a USB drive. Emulators - Games from other systems. So this listing comes with an SD card which has all the homebrew for the playstation. For new users there may be a learning curve but the consoles comes with everything needed plus games pre-installed on a USB (games of your choice).
