This is a Sega CD Model 2 with the Genesis Model 2 already installed. Typically, Sega CDs are sold separately and a separate Genesis has to be provided. This one comes ready to play. Will ship with an original 3 button Genesis controller, two power cables (one for the Sega CD and the other for the Genesis) and AV cables. Again, ready to play out of the box, just supply the TV.
