We recommend adding this heat pack when ordering plants during the winter months (November - April). Please add a Uniheat pack to your order to ensure your plants arrive safely to your home! Heat packs do a lovely job of protecting temperature-sensitive plants that are being shipped during the winter months. They heat up over the course of 6 hours and steadily release heat into the box for 72 hours.
