This is a beautiful Fenton piece hand painted in the Mary Gregory style. It is a limited edition piece from 1997. The basket is classic Fenton cranberry glass and the handle is clear glass. It is hand painted with a little girl on a swing, she is surrounded by grass and flowers. The basket has a fluted edge and the body of the basket is ribbed. It is in pristine condition with no chips, cracks, or scratches. It has the original tag on the basket handle. This piece is signed by the designer and the artist. It is #608 of 1500 made. It also has the original Fenton stickers on the bottom of the piece, including the original price tag from the company. It stands approximately 8.5 inches tall and it is about 5 inches in wide.
This is a one owner piece that has been in a display cabinet since purchased in 1997. It is simply gorgeous!
