to be clear, this character is NOT gloomy bear, he is a lesser known mori chack character named kumakikai who is silver robot made from a teddy bear. not much merch was made of him, which makes this quite rare.
imported from japan, though i was informed that he's completely unused ! packaging only opened to take pictures.
he is from 2003, but it has been kept in nearly untouched quality.
