It resembles a young girl with long dark hair and pale skin with an unhinged grin, wearing a dirty pink dress with a maroon ribbon tie and a blood stain on the chest, holding onto a burlap sack in the right hand and a bloody kitchen knife in the left. When activated, the sack moves around as phrases can be heard.
