Not sure if the eye is so evil, lol. Looks to be more do-eyed if anything else. I leave it to your interpretation. But Wow, this piece is insane, I've never run into something like this! This 60s vintage bodysuit has decorative large felt eyes both on the front and back, how cool is that!? Fabric content is 100% Nylon and tagged Belfry Irregulars.
