This is a stunning Liz Lisa skirt with the coveted plaid and rose pattern! This was a grail of mine, but unfortunately I’m getting too old to pull off the style anymore :( The safety shorts were cut out of the skirt to ensure a better fit. Other than that, the skirt is in great condition! It’s a free size skirt, can comfortably fit a 23-28 inch waist.
