Excellent condition Ellery Kyoto pleated ruffle skirt. Size 4 US. Minor mark at clasp closure and light fabric pulls (shown in last photo) fabric is very dark navy with a bit of blue sheen and stitching. Shown on mannequin who wear a 4 but this was a snug fit. Made in Australia of a polyester, dry clean only fabric.
