French Midcentury Cut Crystal Decanter from Cristal De Lorraine, 1950s.
Cristal de Lorraine has an inheritance that goes back all the way to 1764. They have created crystal ware for names like Hermés, Cartier and St. Dupont. This 24% lead crystal decanter dates to the 1950s or early 1960s. Its many cut edges and intricate patterns are beveled softly. It can contain around 0.7 liter. Very reminiscent in style to similar designs from from Baccarat.
