I received this from a lady that bought it new for her daughter as a joke for her graduation. The daughter was afraid of the toy so it was never used and put into storage. I have Not opened the package, so while I cannot 100% say it was never opened. I did not while I have owned the item. Since I haven't opened it I cannot guarantee anything other than what you see in the photos. I do not know if it was ever opened or used. I do know, nor can I guarantee it even works. I just have no use for it and just clearing clutter. Would be a great gift for someone who used to have a Furby or a great collective item.
