This console is fully working, but does make some noises on startup, and when reading a game, but other than that, it does what it is supposed to do. It reads games properly, and the spindle hub has been replaced.
It comes with a controller, a memory card, and one game: Tomb Raider II. I cannot provide any cords with this console, since I only have one set of cords, and those are for my PS1. Do not worry though, as Video and Power Cables can be found on Amazon for a very cheap price.
