19” Vintage 1950’s doll. She is unmarked and believed to be a Belle Margie Doll with the Cissy type face. Made by the Belle Toy Company.
She’s in her undergarments similar to some of the Miss Revelon dolls of the day.
She has a soft vinyl face and hard plastic body.
She has her original pearl jewelry (earrings, bracelet & necklace).
Her head turns when she walks and her knees are jointed. She has “high-heeled” feet with original polish on her toes. She has her thigh high nylons on and they are free from any rips or tears.
Her golden hair is in the original ponytail and in excellent shape.
A tiny bit of greening in one ear due to the earring.
Her right leg has a split in the seam of the hard plastic where the lower half of the leg has been pushed up into the the top half. It could be repaired, but I’m no doll surgeon. It doesn’t effect the look of her nor does it effect the walking/head turning so I’ve just let it be.
