Bought this over 30 years ago straight off a Railroad Train Layout and right into my display case since... It does have a few chips and the one side decal has discolored a little but still very good condition for it's age... Displays great... I guess it's aprox 1:64 scale comparing it to Matchbox and Hot Wheels... This is the first Tootsietoy I ever saw with a base and this size... They are normally hollow and smaller.
