This beautiful Vera Cruz amethyst specimen has amazing clarity and color! This specimen has three individual crystals, with one being the primary focal point. Vera Cruz is a famous locality for amethyst specimens, due to the growth structures – typically the growth is in a sunburst formation, as the amethyst crystals crisscross and grow on top of each other. Please note: it is normal for one or two of the very small clear quartz matrix crystals (at the base of the specimen) to shed during shipment – due to the fragility and size of those crystals, that is considered typical; however, there should be no noticeable changes or damage upon arrival. Each of my Vera Cruz amethyst pieces were hand selected by me, due to their clarity, color, and growth pattern.
