If you have ever been to Japan in the 1990s, there were mini packs of stickers for kids EVERYWHERE. They were in meal packs and in store displays and just everywhere. The packs contained 3-4 stickers inside. Kids loved them and opened them quickly. So few still exist. In the early 2000s, the same company decided to try this same idea in Venezuela. These are from those packs. Pack example shown is not for sale.

Packs meaured 1-5/8ths inches by 2-1/8ths inches

They were roughly packaged and if you opened a pack, you may have found all four stickers in perfect shape or you may have a few with a dinged corner (bent) or some other issue. So, to get one of the Pokemon was hard and then to get one NOT damaged was even harder to find.

In Venezuela, they only released series 23, 24 and 25. I have never been able to get the later series since they were snatched up.
