This set has all of its pieces and the manual is included. There may be some slight marks/discoloration on the pieces as this set is used, but nothing major. Note that there are three mis-colored pieces: one 1x1 brick (should be dark sand blue but is dark gray) and two 1x2 plates (should be dark sand blue but are dark gray). The manual has some wear but is overall in good condition.
