Fair to good condition - there is general wear to the molded vinyl face (pic #4), as well as hands and feet.
Hands have inner metal clasping/grabbing feature (see pic #10, holding pen), but cloth material surrounding is starting to wear/rip, exposing some metal (last 2 pics)
There is a working squeaker inside chimps mouth
