This is a Haikyuu!! 1000-piece jigsaw puzzle.
It's from Jump Festa 2014, so it's about 10 years old. It features a rare original illustration.
I haven't opened it because I'm too precious about it, and it's been stored in a dark place. It's still shrink-wrapped, but due to long-term storage, there are minor scratches (see image 3) and a slight warp on the top of the box (images 4 and 5). As it's unopened, I cannot guarantee the completeness of the pieces.
