This set include miniature dollhouse versions of the Green Hill House, Rose Cottage, Lakeside Lodge, Woodland Lodge, Forest Restaurant, Village School and Library, Sylvanian Cottage Clinic Toy box, toy train, Sylvanian Watermill Bakery Toy box, Sylvanian Vintage Toy Shop Box (custom-made), dollhouse book (custom-made), 6 rolls of assorted wallpaper designs (custom-made), book display case, a display shelf, hanging sign, and 6 bitty furniture pieces (not complete and missing several small furniture pieces). For all that is included please see photo 3-5. (Critters sold separately) Building and accessories come in good condition without box. (Retired set from 2008)
