Cute set of Epoch calico critters figures and furniture. Overall this lot is in good condition. There is a light stain on the little mattress for the bed, which you can see me pointing at in the 2nd photo. The hutch that you see in the 3rd photo is missing one little drawer. The refrigerator is missing a shelf. The little apron that you see the mom wearing in the 5th photo is tied tightly and I wasnt able to untie the knot, but you can slip the apron over her head. You may also see other small flaws on these items such as light marks, scratches, paint loss, etc but no major issues. Please refer to the pictures for more details.
