This Barbie Malibu house is played with and in good condition. It comes with a couple of accessories. A kitchen table, two chairs, food accessories, a swimming pool, a guitar, headset, a toilet, six Barbies and a car. You will get everything pictured. The top bed is adjustable and can be pulled down when needed. The living room wall is interchangeable with a different front and back. The bathroom vanity swings from one side to the other. The stairs swing out. This Barbie Malibu house has six rooms, folds and stores away, it stands about 3 feet tall and 2 feet wide. All items are used and may exhibit some wear, scuffs, marks, or scratches from play. But overall are in decent condition. The Stacie dolls head is a bit loose, she also has marks on her right leg.
