Here we have a John William Godward Neo-Classical study armoire taken from basic orientation of “RELAXATION” to multi-layers. Measuring 6 1/4” x 5” x 1 1/2” this armoire is hand painted & distressed in a Palmetto State Blue & adorned with both decoupage, hand painting & gold leaf. On the inside it is left in its natural state, warm mahogany, with one large opening space for stackables & a bottom tier for shoes or pillows. On the left side we have 3 shelves (four compartments total). Let her be your muse for a new room, donning a fan perched atop what I imagine to be a Santorini or Amalfi Coast backdrop. Subdued & mysterious, the layers can be added upon should you want more colors to stand out.
