American Girl dolls made their appears in the early 1990s . This particular desk known as The Samantha Desk was introduced in 1990 and was retired in 2008. This desk is made of maplewood and has scrolled designed wrought iron work. It is a true replica of a vintage, traditional oschool desk, and adds a realistic touch to your doll accessories collection. It is true vintage piece made to complete the 18 American Girl. It does have some slight wear around the top of the desk from use and age but is sturdy and in excellent condition otherwise, please see photos for detail
