I bought this for my kids- it ended up in a box and they never wore it. Super cute with Pom pons that hang down on each side and a Colts horse shoe logo. There’s a neat little opening on one side in which to put the other pompon so it creates a way to hold the hat onto your head if it’s windy. I took a variety of pics to show condition. I see 2 manufacturer defects, one nostril and a white string on the same side of mouth. I can see glue on the side of the nostril and the string sticks out away from Blue’s mouth. Crisp blue and white made by Forever Collectibles 100% polyester. Originally these sold for 24.99. I have this listed in women’s hats but anyone could wear it -
