Power unit on, Might need a new belt? seems to spin too slow on 33 but fine on the other 2 modes. Nothing to test with so not sure the condition other than powering the unit on . Some light scuffs on cover but no cracks/chips. The rubber on the spin top seems not to be flat anymore from age. Was told it was working fine before it sat, might need a little work. Selling as-is for parts or repair.
