For your consideration I am offering an extremely rare Drew Ebelhare Millefiori Coral Reef Handblown Glass Paperweight, signed and dated 91. Drew started creating paperweights in 1990, and in 1991 he started making millefiori, so this is one of his very first paperweights with millefiori. His work reminds me of someone else's, a glass blower that makes planet paperweights & marbles. This is a small paperweight, approx. 1 3/4 tall x approx. 2 1/8 wide. It's truly a breathtaking beauty, with iridescent lavender pinks, light and dark green iridescence, a smudge of red, yellow and orange millefiori emulating anemones, a smudge of purple, green and sand colors. The greens remind me of sea grass. There are varying sizes of bubbles on the top portion. This is in very good to excellent pre-owned condition. Cloth & light not included.
