BED WEDGE The backrest is shipped compressed. Just remove the wrapping; loosen the shredded foam by shaking for 5 minutes, or by placing it in the dryer (NO heat) for 5-10 minutes. Allow 24-48 hours for pillow to fully expand. NOTE: Cold weather shipping slows down expansion! Under these conditions, warm the pillow in the dryer on LOW setting for 5-10 minutes. Allow the full 48 hours for full expansion.
