This is a Tiffany ribbon motif ballpoint pen.
I purchased it a long time ago and don't remember using it much.
For this listing, I cleaned the blackening and polished it.
(There may be some polishing residue in the finer areas...)
The ink is also Tiffany's, and it can currently write, but the remaining amount is unknown.
