## Messmer Pen

This is the Messmer pen, a feather ballpoint pen designed by Luigi Colani, one of the world's leading industrial designers.
Length: approx. 15cm

Exceptional design and superb writing feel. Colani's signature streamlined design.
The true value of this pen lies in its reusability, as it is compatible with 4C refills.
In the early 1990s when it was designed, the 4C standard might have been seen as design-driven and could have been easily overlooked.
Today, the 4C standard is well-established, encompassing refills from Jetstream, Acro ink, HI-TEC, and Sakura gel, providing the same smooth writing experience as regular ballpoint pen refills.

I believe I imported this pen from overseas as a used item about 10 years ago.
It should come with a Messmer genuine oil-based refill, but it may be old and not particularly high-quality, so I recommend replacing it.
